Timmy Results Example
A structured, step-by-step process built around what you want from your own development—not a preset idea of who you should become.
1. Start With You
We begin with your goals, questions, concerns, and what you hope to get out of the process. This gives the work direction from the beginning.
Are you looking to:
-
Get unstuck or move through a period of transition, uncertainty, or major life change?
-
Clarify your life’s purpose, direction, or next chapter?
-
Make better sense of your work or career—including burnout, dissatisfaction, change, vocation, or the tension between meaning and security?
-
Improve relationships, habits, or recurring patterns that keep showing up in your life?
-
Grow spiritually and live in greater alignment with your values, beliefs, and priorities?
Your answers become part of the foundation for everything that follows.
2. Take Timmy & Build Your Development Plan
Complete Timmy, our comprehensive self-reflection framework spanning 22 Dimensions of the human experience plus 4 Emergent Dimensions. You and your guide review the results together and build a personalized development plan that incorporates both what Timmy reveals and what you identified in Step 1.
Your plan may include individual practices, reflection exercises, relevant courses, reading, journaling, and real-world developmental work. It can also include participation in the Society’s online fellowship groups, member discussions, live group Zoom gatherings, guided conversations, educational sessions, and other community activities when those experiences support your particular goals.
3. Optional: Work the Earth & Spirit Steps in Parallel
Depending on the depth, complexity, and focus of your individual development plan, your guide may recommend working through the Society’s 9-step Earth & Spirit process alongside it. The Steps are a separate, stand-alone spiritual-development process rather than another part of Timmy, so whether and when they are incorporated will depend on the individual and the work already underway.
4. Meet, Practice, Reflect & Adjust
Regular one-on-one sessions provide a place to review what you are experiencing, explore obstacles and insights, evaluate what is helping, and refine the plan as you grow. Development is treated as an ongoing process rather than a fixed program with a predetermined endpoint.
The goal is simple: start with what matters to you, understand yourself more deeply, build a meaningful plan, and use guidance, practice, learning, and community to support the work.

It looks across 22 areas of human life, from physical and emotional functioning to relationships, spirituality, work, purpose, and recreation.
Timmy is:
-
A structured way to reflect on your life
-
A visual snapshot of how you currently see yourself
-
A tool for identifying strengths, priorities, and areas you may want to develop
-
A starting point for building a personalized development plan
Timmy is not:
-
Therapy or mental-health treatment
-
A diagnosis
-
A psychological evaluation
-
A measure of whether you are “normal,” “healthy,” or “broken”
You remain the interpreter of your own life. Timmy helps organize the reflection; you decide what matters and what you want to do with it.
